Considering the weather conditions on the day, they suggested changes to the itinerary, and even though they didn't speak English well, they were considerate and tried to communicate in various ways, ensuring safety and memories during the trip. We had a 10-day trip in Denmark & Iceland, work perfectly in both countries even in Mountains area. The E-sim's internet usage run pretty slow, I bought 50 GB ended up using only ~30 GB (using Youtube, Google maps, and other playback applications too)

Coming to Japan alone is comfortable. No need to worry about communication. The signal is good, no cuts. Plus, you can watch many series. Calling the hotel, the signal is good. It's very good. Normally, I use roaming, so the internet runs out very quickly.
