The staff was super friendly and spoke perfect English. I learned a lot. They did the tedious parts of the preparation, so that we could focus on the parts where we would learn the most. The focus was definitely on the Dumplings, the Bubble-Tea and Beef-Noddle-Soup was more done in the background by the staff with us participating in the key moments. The staff made sure to take pictures and videos and in the end everybody got a booklet with the recipes and a picture. The Food tasted amazing!★

It was a shame that the market stroll was canceled due to the typhoon. Alex's explanation was very easy to understand, and I learned a lot from his talk about the history and origins of the dishes, in addition to how to make them. I also enjoyed interacting with the other participants. I hope that you will add more Taiwanese sweets to the menu for the next lesson. Thank you very much.Trip.com picks
