I purchased a card pre-loaded with 400 Taiwanese dollars. It was convenient as I didn't have to bother with topping it up myself. I picked it up at the counter in front of the MRT entrance on the second basement floor of Taoyuan International Airport. It's a counter you absolutely can't miss. All I had to do was show the QR code I received when I made the reservation. I didn't even have to exchange a single word.

Excellent!! The driver was very attentive and responsible, and drove very smoothly. I usually get carsick, but I didn't get carsick at all on the mountain roads of Alishan this time!! He also gave us detailed introductions at the scenic spots and took us to take photos 😭 He was so responsible; I didn't expect to get such a great customized tour for this price.

Our driver, Brother Zeng, was incredibly dedicated and responsible, and his driving skills were excellent! I usually get carsick, but this time I didn't experience any motion sickness or discomfort at all. He provided thorough explanations of the sights and constantly encouraged us to take photos, haha. He even had a pretty complete set of photography equipment, showing a real commitment to getting great shots for his customers, haha! I highly recommend joining a small group tour; they pick you up and drop you off at your hotel, which is perfect for solo travelers!!


