I purchased this for a two-week stay in Australia for language study. Using it worked perfectly fine. However, I accidentally turned on roaming after inserting the eSIM in Japan beforehand, causing it to pick up Japanese signals and start roaming immediately. Be careful when inserting it in advance.

It's very easy to set up, and in case of emergency, the support team responds quickly. We stopped the data plan because it was difficult to track how much we were spending. We thought we were low, but it turned out we'd used it all. That was probably the only annoying issue.
