He speaks Chinese very well, is very clear about each attraction, the itinerary is also very reasonable, the bus ride and the attraction activity time are connected silky, no need to worry about it. And Ken is very careful, will pay attention to everyone's needs, answer any questions in seconds, and share the local fun and delicious. My family had a really good experience at this museum. The static displays were wonderfully informative, as well as the underground mine tour. I really liked the fact that the tour guide actually demonstrated some of the mining machinery such as the muck machine, hand drill and shift whistle. Visiting the Mill No. 3 building was surreal, and I thought the highlight of the visit was the Boom Show which reminded me of a show at Universal Studios. Very well done. I have to give a shout out to our tour guide who did an excellent job! I'd definitely recommend this museum if you're in Vancouver and willing to drive 40 mins North.


