Following the instructions, I was able to use it from London. Afterward, I traveled around Italy and went to Helsinki, and it worked there too. However, I had to turn the eSIM on and off and restart it each time I changed cities. Also, it wouldn't connect in crowded places or museums. It's similar to a cheap Japanese mobile plan, so considering the price, I'm very satisfied.
