We received a confirmation, but no message from the tour operator. We arrived at the hotel on time. We really enjoyed the tour. The guide, Chout, was very polite and told us a lot about village life. He also tried to convey this information to everyone, which was especially enjoyable! The tour was interesting: a visit to the village itself, a cruise on a large boat, a ride on small boats (cost not included in the tour price - $5.50), and a sunset on a large boat again. The staff was polite and pleasant, and all questions were resolved promptly. Overall, it was interesting.

Fantastic! The guide speaks perfect and understandable English. The rules on the boat are clearly explained. The sunset over the city, the lake, and the Mekong River is breathtaking. A must-do.
