The customer service can contact and communicate in advance, and it is very good to punch in two classic attractions for a day trip. The itinerary is reasonable, the tour guide is warm and professional, and has been carefully explaining.

The monastery was very beautiful and the 7 Rila lakes was amazing as well the walk is about 2-3 hours and very beautiful. The guide made a good atmosphere in the car and the people were also very nice

The entire trip was fabulous. Everything was on time, well organized and very easy. I am from Colorado USA, so I'm no stranger to high elevations and beautiful mountain scenery and this was breathtaking. The hike wasn't easy, so be prepared with proper shoes and rations. The panoramic views, waterfalls, wild horses, all of it was amazing. The Monastery was also really neat. The architecture and art work are incredible. It's a long day, but worth it in my opinion. Make sure you bring enough BGN. Chair lift was 30 lev per adult and museum at Monastery was 8.

The driver took us to the Rila Monastery mountains with nice driving, however we would have expected better guide type explanations at the site. It was a very short reading of the monastery architecture and religion.
