Not quite friendly. Charge for infant even less than one year old. Were informed abruptly when asked as though I shouldn't have asked the question. Trip got cancelled because infant was unfit to travel but was rejected for full refund with no reason. Charge a partial cancellation fee. Trip.com was kind enough to make up the difference with Trip Coin. So the overall good experience goes to Trip.com and the team but rating is just poor to the supplier.★

I used a 2-day pass, but anyway, the MRT was convenient, it was accurate and convenient to come from the airport immediately. I didn't use the bus, but I was able to use all the sightseeing spots and shopping I wanted to go to. I was connected to the next station by an underground road, but I used MRT firmly. After the last use, if you return the pass at the counter, will the deposit return? There was information like that, but there was no. I was able to use it more than 10 times a day - I wanted to go farther if I had time!★
