The tour guide respects the decision of the tourists throughout the journey, and the itinerary is very well arranged. The hotel is also very clean. The luck is better arranged in a room with a balcony, but the balcony is a little dirty, and the balcony door lock is not very easy to use. The door is opened a little bit. It is a bit unsafe. The room number is 3206. I hope it can be improved in the future. Other places are very good, the hotel breakfast is also quite rich, in general, the holiday itinerary of Trip.com is still very good!★

The travel agency contacted us through the platform and later added us on WeChat to discuss the itinerary and arrange insurance. That day, we visited Dianchi Lake (including a drive through Sea Stem Park), Stone Forest, and Kunming Old Street. We booked a driver, and Driver Zhang was very friendly and punctual, providing us with bottled water. After the Stone Forest tour, he took us to a restaurant for dinner and introduced us to Kunming's unique local dishes, which was very impressive. We originally planned to return to the hotel after the tour, but changed our minds and decided to visit Kunming Old Street. Driver Zhang was very accommodating and flexible, and we were very satisfied with the entire trip.★

Lulu, our tour guide, was accommodative to our needs & pace. We have 2 toddlers & a stroller so had to take things slow. She explained the history behind each scenic places well and brought us to less-challenging routes for sightseeing. The 7-seater van was very comfortable & clean. She even brought us to a halal certified restaurant which was great. We felt at ease having her as a guide.
