The tour guide respects the decision of the tourists throughout the journey, and the itinerary is very well arranged. The hotel is also very clean. The luck is better arranged in a room with a balcony, but the balcony is a little dirty, and the balcony door lock is not very easy to use. The door is opened a little bit. It is a bit unsafe. The room number is 3206. I hope it can be improved in the future. The travel agency contacted us through the platform and later added us on WeChat to discuss the itinerary and arrange insurance. That day, we visited Dianchi Lake (including a drive through Sea Stem Park), Stone Forest, and Kunming Old Street. We booked a driver, and Driver Zhang was very friendly and punctual, providing us with bottled water. After the Stone Forest tour, he took us to a restaurant for dinner and introduced us to Kunming's unique local dishes, which was very impressive. We originally planned to return to the hotel after the tour, but changed our minds and decided to visit Kunming Old Street. Driver Zhang was very accommodating and flexible, and we were very satisfied with the entire trip.★

I had a great time on this visit, the communication was very easy and prompt to arrange the pickup at my hotel. The driving was smooth and my driver Joe helped with where to purchase the ticket at the attractions and offered suggestions on where to eat etc. The car was spacious and comfortable with water and charging points. I would highly recommend this if you want a smooth trip to the forest and caves which were both well worth the visit.★

It was a pleasant experience. The driver, Ms Chen, was friendly and accommodating. The ride was comfortable and also smooth-sailing for most parts of the ride. We travelled as 4 adults and 1 child, and the seats were wide for long journeys. Recommend anyone to consider them if going to Stone Forest and Jiuxiang. P.S. Jiuxiang is really challenging to climb because there are many steps to climb up and down. Please be prepared to climb up and down many many steps.
