Nice little 50 minute narrated boat ride on a short section of the Mersey River. It was nice to sunny out, but quite breezy. It is also the regular ferry service to get across the other side of the river. Nothing extra special about it.★

Absolutely loved this. Dorian had us captivated and in the palm of his hand. Fantastic tour guide, great sense of humour and not too dark and scary for our 5yo little boy. He said to call him Tim on the review, if we didn't enjoy it. But I most certainly did. Dorian is brilliant.★

Our tour guide Nick not only had great knowledge about the local area, but also had a lot of knowledge about history in general. You could tell he was passionate about being able to tell people about the great city of York and as a first time visitor, I was glad I chose to go on this tour. If you're going to York and you have a couple of hours to spare, make sure you add this into your diary.

Great small group made it very intimate and learnt a lot from the tour . I’ve got to say Eddie was a brilliant tour guide but Paul was amazing with us both especially singling out my husband John with him being a Man Utd fan 😂 Paul was brilliant , showing up bits that we probably would’ve missed and having great knowledge and super friendly . Credit to the tour guide team .★
