It was really very good experience except food. Services were rood for room as.wella.s.canteen. Attendant of the floor (Chotu Singh) was very good in behaviour as well as well mannered. He made sure to take care of our comfort.

Amazing tour with Peter to Jeju East Course. He is super knowledgeable and knows so much about Jeju, and so kind! More than that, he took exceptional care of all the people today! Highly recommend him as a tour guide! It was a sunny day and he made sure, we are taken care of! :)

Mr Hong is such an amazing guide! He goes the extra mile for us (finding yummy local food) and ensures we are well taken care of, with an excellent hospitality mindset. He is also always ready to share information and brighten up the atmosphere with hearty conversation :) Btw he speaks good English, which is a rare find among Jeju local drivers! Special note to our lovely guide: Thank you for helping to find the yummy kimbap and availing your schedule to pick us up after our shopping trips :) we really appreciate it!

Ok- lava tube is closed till 2025! Drove to other attraction and fee was covered. :/ & woman diver shower cancellation- no compensation (new year) other attraction free (new year) of charge but charged entrance fee no refund


