The itinerary was well-planned, with three dive sites in total. We were lucky enough to see sea turtles! Before departure, customer service representative Xiaoyong was very prompt in answering questions and providing helpful tips. The instructor was also very attentive and responsible, even assisting with filming, making us feel extremely safe. Highly recommend the experience; it will definitely be unforgettable.

We started off a little delayed but that didn’t take away from the experience of the trip! The team were excellent throughout the tour, and were ready to help those who were unable to swim. The snorkelling equipment was not the best, but still usable. For the hike, it is VERY strenuous so I would bear that in mind, but the view at the top is nice. The areas we stopped in after were beautiful, in particular the beach on Sibuan Island. Would highly recommend!

The day's itinerary was packed, but customer service representative Xiaoya provided thoughtful notifications. Tour leader Wawa seamlessly switched between Chinese and English, ensuring timely information delivery and a lively team atmosphere. As someone who can't swim, I had a brief but nerve-wracking snorkeling experience, and my quick-drying clothes finally came in handy. The island's beaches were fine and the water was clean and beautiful.

On our first day in Semporna, we booked a half-day yacht tour with Lazy Cat. It was quite a coincidence that we ran into a boat with a crew member who looked remarkably like Jackson Wang. The boat was larger, which made it more stable for children. There were about 20-30 people on board, with 5-6 local crew members. Snorkeling was no problem; even non-swimmers could see the coral and colorful tropical fish. This trip also introduced us to the "Semporna Jackson Wang"—his guitar playing and singing are amazing, and he's good at Cantonese songs, haha. The experience was great, and for our third day itinerary, we booked Lazy Cat's Mabul Island guide again. Thank you for their service and companionship.

The entire trip was very enjoyable. The tour guide provided detailed and comprehensive explanations, and his humorous and engaging style ensured there was never any boredom. I was quite nervous at first, as it was my first time snorkeling, but thankfully the instructor was very patient, constantly reassuring us to relax. Gradually, I was able to let go of my anxieties and fully immerse myself in the stunning underwater scenery. If I have the chance to come to Semporna again, I definitely want to try scuba diving!
