I bought this eSIM plan for my wife before our trip to the Balkans. We activated it via QR code at home. In Herceg Novi, we went to the phone's SIM menu and selected the eSIM as the active one. Internet was available immediately. The speed is good. We didn't watch any videos, so we never used up the daily data allowance. We used social media, sent photos and short videos, and searched online. In cities, the connection was reliable via LTE. Outside of cities, especially in the mountains, where the connection is generally poor, the connection switched to H+ or E. We didn't notice any interruptions while crossing international borders; the connection was uninterrupted. There were a few times when the connection dropped, but it quickly recovered. We didn't have to contact customer support. Overall, we're happy; it's excellent value for money. You can only find a plan like this at this price on trip.com; other plans are significantly more expensive. We highly recommend it!
