Product reviews: G8 Sapa | Hanoi-Sapa VIP Cabin Bus
Guest User2025-09-04
The G8 Cabin Sleeping Bus is the best. On September 2nd, traffic restrictions were implemented in the Old Quarter for the 80th anniversary of Vietnam's Independence Day, making it difficult to use almost all transportation. Thanks to Hang from the G8 Happy team, I was able to safely complete my trip to Sapa. Thank you again for your review. Booking the G8 bus through Trip.com was quick and easy, and everything from the reservation and support to the condition of the G8 Cabin Sleeping Bus was excellent. The G8 bus was also very clean and the massage service was excellent. If you're considering a bus trip to Sapa, I highly recommend using the G8 bus.

Product reviews: [HK Open Tour] VIP cabin round-trip bus Hanoi - Sapa
Guest User2025-09-07
When going to see the view, ride on the right side and when coming back, ride on the left side. If possible, the first floor is much better than the second floor. The second floor shakes a lot due to road conditions. I reserved the second floor, but there were no seats on the first floor when coming back. It stopped at rest areas twice. After 1 hour and after 3 hours, the restroom fee is 3,000 won per person. Overall, I was satisfied. I recommend it because it includes pick-up and drop-off service.

The very best bus trip I ever had: absolutely clean, confortable and new sleeper bus. It looks really like the pictures. I already have a very safe trip from Sapa to Hanoi, with fantastic caring driver and fantastic staff: Mister Queen and Mister Kevin who gaves me a lot of safety informations, bus stops and arriving points and time. Everything is absolutely well organised from the pick up office to the drop off office. When I arrived at Hanoi (On time, no delay) Kevin helps me with my Grab taxi and stayed with me until it comes. I’m so grateful to having such a great trip. Thank you so much Kevin and Mister Queen. Highly recommended

Product reviews: Hanoi - Sapa VIP Sleeper Bus by HK Buslines [Official]

Honestly didn’t expect much, but HK Sleeping Bus surprised me — clean private cabins, decent AC, solid Wi-Fi, and no weird smells or dirty bedding. The driver was smooth, no crazy speeding or sudden brakes, so I actually got some decent sleep. They were on time, stopped at proper rest areas, and overall kept it professional. Only downside? No toilet on board, but the do resst at some rest stop so you could go there. Still, for the price and comfort, this is one of the better night bus rides I’ve had. Would ride again, no question.
