Happy, the coordinator, is friendly and helpful through the whole journey. She extended the extra miles to ensure that the transport was arranged to bring us to the hotel at the Old Quarter in Hanoi. The bus is very clean, and the seat with massage function is very comfortable and spacious.

When going to see the view, ride on the right side and when coming back, ride on the left side. If possible, the first floor is much better than the second floor. The second floor shakes a lot due to road conditions. I reserved the second floor, but there were no seats on the first floor when coming back. It stopped at rest areas twice. After 1 hour and after 3 hours, the restroom fee is 3,000 won per person. Overall, I was satisfied. I recommend it because it includes pick-up and drop-off service.

First of all, it is convenient to contact Kakaotalk if you purchase it. The time zone I purchased was full, but I purchased it. The company changed it to the next one and there was no problem with using it. If you don't get in touch, it's terrible.
