Better than expected. When we booked the car, someone sent us an SMS and asked for our Line to contact and coordinate. We had a flight change, so we could change the bus time to Sapa. On the return trip, we asked to change the time 2-3 more times until we couldn't change it anymore. But the admin was very willing to help, sending us to our destination, even to our hotel. Better than expected. The admin we talked to was Hamin191. I give it a full score of ten, no deductions. I love it so much.★
