The entire trip was great and very comfortable—we were able to sleep throughout the journey. The staff were also very flexible and easily accommodated a change in schedule. Our original departure was at 6:30 PM, but we decided to return to Hanoi earlier at 12:30 PM to get enough rest before our flight, and they assisted us promptly without any hassle. Everything was clean and well-maintained. They provided drinking water, as well as pillows and blankets, which made the trip more restful. Shoes are not allowed inside the bus, which was fine with us and showed how well they take care of the vehicle. The rest stops were well-timed, giving us a chance to buy snacks along the way. Overall, it was a smooth, comfortable, and well-organized travel experience.

Excellent tour. We had plenty of time at the Glass Bridge. The stop at Silver Waterfall was a must attraction in my view. Another stop with a view over the valley was excellent as well. The tour was well organised and went smoothly.
