I used it in Istanbul, Turkey and Malta. I installed it before I left and switched it on when I got there and it worked without any problems. There were some areas where the signal was weak, but it wasn't enough to cause any problems. I can easily check my usage, so I'd like to use it again next time I go.

This was my first time using an e-SIM, and it was very convenient because I could use it in Greece, Romania, and Serbia. I switched to e-SIM even at a hotel with poor Wi-Fi reception, and I didn't have to worry about the remaining charge because I could see how much I was using.

As a iPhone user it is very easy and convenient to set up the SIM card it is just one click away, however when I want to check my data balances I tried to ask Customer Service, but he can’t solve it because it is a robot only so there’s no way to check data balance
