Gabrielle picked us up at designated spot that was confirmed the day before. She gave a detailed account of cave formations and history so we felt prepared for the interior Spanish only tour. The interior guide greeted us and let us know about preservation and safety rules. The cave is breathtaking and a unique experience not to be missed. We are glad we took the time. Gabrielle was careful to translate and include the entire van in conversation and questions. As we drove she also included historical and cultural information. She is kind, polite and professional. We would recommend her and the company.

Our tour guide Gabriela was amazing, very knowledgeable and switched from English to Spanish with no effort. Great driver too. The two places we went were very nice, a must stop when visiting Santander.
