Took the 4:15PM, 2-hour full bay tour. Good time as the sunshine was at good angle for photos of all the naval vessels in port on the east side of the harbor bay. The USS Carl Vinson (aircraft carrier) was in port too. If you only have an hour, the south harbor tour has more to see. The navy was conducting rescue swimmer drills. North harbor goes by the submarine area, F-18 and Seahawk hangers. Lots flying overhead. Rusty, a veteran fighter pilot himself, was a fantastic tour narrator with lots of knowledge. Hope you are lucky enough to meet him.★

We had a great afternoon on the bay. The boat captain was a navy veteran and gave us lots of background info on all the ships in the bay. Great views of the City, Coronado island bridge and marinas. ★

Very comfy bean bag chairs on front of boat. Plenty of inside (though open to the air) seating. 2 nice small bathrooms. Great staff!★

I am travelling by myself and did the brave thing of joining this tour among all the groups of strangers who were with their friends but I had a fab time as everyone was great and I came out making new friends 🧡 this is a cool activity I'll recommend anyone visiting San Diego and want to meet new people and make new friends
