Reviews: Lanzarote: Timanfaya Park and Jameos del Agua Full-Day Tour

Pick Up was 25 mins late which impacted the rest of the day and meant the last visit to Jamieos del Agua was shortened and rushed. Wd have been good to have been informed by text that bus was running late. Also disappointed that you were hanging around whilst people had paid extra had lunch and camel rides

The guide, Vanessa, was excellent. Creative in finding solutions so we didn’t get stuck in long lines at Timanfaya and keeping the focus on interesting things during the tour. Always eager to answer questions and make the tour enjoyable.

The bus was on time and we stayed on it. The driver was impeccable, and the seats were comfortable. Our guide speaks perfect French in addition to other languages. The day was well-organized with good commentary. This was our second excursion in Lanzarote, and this one complemented the first. We are very happy with our choice. There was good communication; we received several messages with times and meeting points near our hotel. For the return trip, the first passengers boarded were dropped off first, which was sensible since everyone spent the same amount of time on the bus.
Reviews: Snorkel tour Why not?

A great fun activity with a great guide, Mauro. We were booked for a pick up at 11:00am, but Mauro got in touch to suggest an earlier start as it would be less busy and more fish, and he was right. We had two sessions of snorkelling, with a coffee break in between, with a good talk about we had seen, then back in. This was definitely a highlight of our holiday, and we will be doing it again when we are back in Lanzarote.

The history of viticulture on the island is fascinating, and credit goes to the guide's explanations. A must-see visit.
