Our tour guide, Joseph was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He made the day relaxing and informative- we learned a lot about Austria on the drive up and the walking tour in Salzburg was great. Would highly recommend this tour. The personalised feel with the small group was lovely and the car ride was extremely comfortable! The lake region was beautiful and Joseph gave us so many great recommendations about what we could see/do in Salzburg. Definitely glad we picked this tour!★

Simon our tour guide, truly added something special to the tour. He was absolutely hilarious, friendly, knowledgeable and fun! There was something magical about belting out the classic Sound of Music songs with 50 other people! So much fun to see all the important buildings/sites in the movie. We absolutely LOVED this tour!★

Such a great day trip from Salzburg !
A highlight of our Austrian vacation, definitely worth the price -
The Salt Mines were fun and those slides!
Afterwards we had enough time in Halstatt to wander around and have lunch.
Our guide Shiva made the journey to Halstatt entertaining and interesting at the same time !!
The van was very comfortable too.
Highly recommend Edelweiss Tours , they’re the best !!★

The trip started outside the Munich office for radius tours where we awaited our tour guide Jeremy who escorted us to the train stop with ease walking with his white umbrella to not get any of the tour lost , upon getting to the train and seating us all he gave us a description of the day in detail with a good couple of quips and jokes to break the Ice. The train journey was beautiful with the hills and scenery of the outskirts of Munich leading into Austria and finally across the border into salzburg.
Jeremy then gave us all a detailed walk and talk around plenty of sights and sounds from salzburg including numerous "sound of music" sights and also much insight into the life and times of mozart.
After a couple of hours of interesting facts and sights we were left to explore for a few hours to take in any parts of salzburg that took our fancy (my party went to the stieglkeller which is not to be missed for food as well as beers👌) after which we met back up with him and the rest of the group and went back to the train to depart back to Munich. I would recommend this tour to anybody wanting a different experience while already in the bustling city of munich for a much more laid back experience(as well as visiting a different country!) Jeremy is also a gent who made the whole group feel at ease and was very knowledgeable indeed! 5* would highly recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟★

I was surprised to enjoy this place. I also learned a lot about an essential mineral. I had a lot of fun riding down the wooden slide. You’ll need to wear a miner’s overalls which they provide. I highly suggest you wear pants under it. Fun!
