Although Jinan's smog lost a day, it was quite satisfactory to participate in Trip.com's free trip. There was a problem, that was, the flight was delayed. When I was staying at the hotel, I received a call from the company responsible for picking up the plane in Phuket in the middle of the night. I don't know if Trip.com's customer service did not notify in place or which link in Phuket did not keep up, and I was disturbed in the middle of the night. This delay, finally Trip.com helped get the compensation of the airline, and the hotel also refunded the first night's fee, which was good. However, Ping An Insurance is relatively awkward, and the claim has not been completed yet. In fact, it is a tourist charter flight. Except for a few of us on the plane, the others are with the tour group. When we go, no one greets us. Freedom is big, but a bit lonely. The hotel was not bad, but the waiter did not let the guests experience that Thailand is a smiling country, and the others said the past.
