We chose the Redwood forests tree climb along with the geysers! It was a beautiful walk through the redwoods. We then had a tour of the Maori Art Institute, saw the Kiwi bird, and enjoyed a spectacular lunch overlooking the geysers. After lunch we toured the bubbling mud and geysers. They are amazing! I didn’t want to leave! Our tour guide, Daryl, was the most knowledgeable guide! He shared the history of New Zealand with us, showed us the silver ferns, and provides us with the best day we could have ever asked for!! If you do this tour, be sure to request Daryl as your guide!!

We had a great time with Bunty. We saw the two sites that I was most excited about outside of Auckland without having to drive ourselves. We learned great facts about New Zealand and the history of the Māori people.

What’s a wonderful way to experience the glow? Our guide was passionate about the things he was showing us and all the flora and Forner in the bush. He was very knowledgeable of the things around him. To top it off at the end, we had a lovely hot chocolate to warm us up


