Claudia and Bruno (nee “Vanessa”) were amazing! This was hands down the best thing we did on our trip. Claudia’s garden of herbs, olives, grapes, strawberries and more than I can count was awesome. To pull herbs from the ground and cook them with her and my daughter was fantastic and fun. You SHOULD book this! If only for Bruno’s Ferrari level driving 😎.★

What a wonderful evening! Paris was a great instructor: patient, professional, funny, and attentive. So much interaction and opportunity to participate. Some unsupervised children wandered into our teaching area from nearby diners and she was so kind and professional to them while continuing to instruct us. Our pasta in the house sauce of our choice, tiramisu, and wine were delicious. One of the best meals of our Roman Holiday, which is really saying something special in the foodie heaven of Italy. Would definitely do again. Well worth the time and price. A+++
