Book online one day in advance, customer service immediately reply online to the precautions, the response is very fast, first rest assured; to the scene, you need to change tickets, the counter is also very good, if you arrive early if there is a space, you can arrange to board the ship; you need to pay for parking, the payment machine is next to the toilet; The boat tour experience is also good, the narrator in the middle of the boat will take a big ice to share pictures with everyone! We went out on this boat with the captain and Claudia. They were both so interesting to listen to and we saw many whales thanks to their knowledge to spot them. The boat is beautiful and had an indoor area where you could go if you got cold and also a restroom. We had a wonderful time. Would highly suggest doing this instead of being crammed on a boat with a bunch of people.
