I contacted support because the internet was very slow, regardless of which mobile operator I was connected to. I traveled across mainland China and Hong Kong. The connection was excellent for the entire two weeks. Not a single outage or connection failure. No reactivation or anything was required when crossing the border between China and Hong Kong. The setup was very simple and the technical support was excellent. It was also very convenient to track my remaining data plan balance in the trip.com app so I could adjust my data usage. I'll definitely use this on my next trips to China and Hong Kong.
