The tour was well executed. One day before departure, we received information on our driver and pickup details. Our driver, Zhang Limei, arrived timely and greeted us with warmth. The car was clean and comfortable. Drinking water was provided too. She gave us helpful information and advice on the way. The lunch restaurant she suggested was nice and suited our tastebud. The tour coordinator and driver helped us purchase the tickets for both attractions, which made the tour much easier for foreigners like us. Clear instructions were provided on the pickup location after we finished exploring the attractions. There was sufficient time for both attractions. Overall, it has been an enjoyable trip.

Although there were 2 flight changes, the solution was still good, I can understand. I found that I was dissatisfied with the arrangement. Before I made a formal complaint, I took the initiative to contact me on Weibo, and offered to reimburse the taxi ticket to the airport. I think the service is still very intimate and meticulous.

First time hiring photographers from here, although it was quite expensive per hour but the photographers were such great people. Kind hearted individuals, in fact i enjoyed myself while taking photos as well! Will contact this management if i ever need any photo services when abroad. Thanks again.

I was worried about the cold weather in Europe when I booked earlier. I couldn’t adapt. I didn’t expect it to be warmer than Beijing. Although it snowed, I didn’t feel cold. It was very unexpected. The snow outside was vast, the snowy mountains were full of snow, and the beauty was abnormal. I also saw that people skiing in Switzerland were also very envious. There is no comparison with our skiing. It is really beautiful and enjoyable. This trip is just in time for Christmas. The holiday atmosphere is strong. The Christmas market is also very lively. The gadgets are very exquisite and can’t be released. There are also many free activities. You can do what you want. What an unforgettable trip!
