Had a great time in Xian. The phone and signal works as well as the area. In some parts of the old quarter you cant get a strong signal so Alipay wasnt perfect, but with some positioning or moving around you could get a signal and all was ok. Same for some metro stations, had to wait for it to find a signal while in the station before being able to tap out of thr gate.
