We had Scottie as our tour guide who made the entire tour enjoyable and fun. Great pickup service, reliable and informative throughout. Great that the lookout spots, scenic world and the zoo were organised for us on arrival to speed up and maximise time. Scottie was a safe and considerate driver and simply great company. Would recommend highly! 5 stars!

This tour is for anyone who enjoys site seeing, local interaction, food, &/or local wine. I booked this tour as part of an extended tour of New Zealand & Australia. It turned out to be the BEST & most memorable tour of our trip. Chef Jimmy is a one man business here. He drives, educates, cooks & entertains you on this whole day excursion. You begin in the fish market not only to pickup supplies up for your tasting day; but, to begin your sampling at the market, learn to dip chocolate, eat a FLAVOR FILLED breakfast & take in the fantastic sites of an active fish market. Then your journey begins up to the Hunter Valley of Australia. Being a small group tour gives you the opportunity to meet & interact with fellow travelers for a more relaxed event. We visited 3 separate wineries, and a Chocolate & Candy Shop and Jimmy’s creations kept coming. The variety, flavor and pairings of his creations with the wine were totally AMAZING! Being privately served by winery owners and staff allowed you the opportunity to obtain history of the area, their craft and the wines they make. I will have a very hard time participating in one of these type of activities without comparing it to the experience I had on Jimmy’s Chef-led Gourmet Hunter Valley wine & food tour. It is really one of a kind experience. The tastes, amount & variety was outstanding!!! So well worth the cost. I wish he was closer to my home!

Excellent service! The tour begins with a visit to the Sydney fish market with a gourmet breakfast prepared by Jimmy. Then we depart for the Hunter Valley with tasting stops at 3 wineries. Gourmet side dishes and dishes were prepared by the chef to accompany the wines tasted at the last 2 wineries. We loved the concept and will definitely do it again on a future visit to Sydney. Thanks to our driver who also allowed us to enjoy this excursion. Small idea for improvement: add an audio guide translated into several languages, including French, for us, during the 2-hour journey to discover the legendary places and Australian stories at the same time.

Thank you for our tour guide Dave! Seeing Koala and Kangaroo is interesting. The Blue Mountain tour is our opportunity to be connected with the nature. The scenic world is something we will remember forever. The boat going back to Sydney is the great way to have the best view of the opera house. I highly recommend this trip.

The driver/guide Jed is very friendly with heart. He is kind to everyone. This is a bus tour and I prefer bus than small van for more spacious. We enjoy ourselves. The 55- min lunch is rather rush as the restaurant we picked is slow in service (I suppose similar situation in other restaurants).


