The Joya squad is wonderful. The behind the sences tour of Vidanta Grand Luxxe was well worth it. You get to see how they do everything from the chocolates, to the coffee, to laundry, wine and tequila, to the jams and jelly. Tasting of chocolate and tequila are available for free! It’s all done under the Grand Luxxe towers!★

Let me first say, Gemma is absolutely amazing and also the Dolphin whisper!!
Hands down the highlight of our trip. We didn’t just see dolphins we were surrounded by a pod of four that stayed with us, close enough to almost touch. Two of them even leapt out of the water and played around us while we swam. It felt less like a tour and more like they chose to hang out with us.
When we finally climbed back into the boat, the pod actually followed alongside as if to say “come back, amigos.” It was magical the kind of experience that makes you feel connected to nature in a way you can’t fake or force.
If you’re looking for a wildlife experience that doesn’t feel like a staged show, this is it. Worth every penny, and one we’ll remember for the rest of our lives.★

Wonderful tour guides and facilities. This is our third zip line tour in Puerto Vallarta. We were looking for simplicity and the core activity - and it was nice that they had food and transportation as well.
We purchased from *** the day before, within an hour we had our confirmation and detailed instructions for a meeting place. The typical big truck met us on time (I would prefer a more comfortable ride and hired a van myself, but then again, the kids hadn't gone through this part yet so we had to keep with that part of the experience).
Once on site it was right to business after a bathroom and bug spray break. Ask around for bug spray if you forgot some (they also sold some) - we were happy to share and gosh there were some bugs but not on our skin!
The guides were spectacular, my phone was in the locker during introductions so I hope I do it justice for Jose, Javier, Johan, Israel, and Hernando? Our group of 8 ran from 10 to 80 years old (no kidding), we were treated like family throughout and enjoyed a great experience. We really enjoyed the other families along for the ride, it was a good time. The climbs were mangeable for all of our ages, a little tamer than some of the hikes we've been on between lines. The lines appeared good - and my larger frame never felt like a problem.
Photographs were good and reasonable. Food was pretty good, a nice respite before going back on the big truck. The driver worked with us to make our return to the hotel more convenient on the return my dropping us at a stop closer to our resort in Nuevo Vallarta. Only thing I would change is offer a different transportation mode. Our driver was great, but I'd like the extra time at the pool if we could express ourselves in and out.

This experience was incredible!! The staff were so kind and knowledgeable ♥️ we loved hearing about the culture and community of chocolate. Our guide taught us about cacao ceremonies and we even saw a few Quetzal which was very magical!★
