Very well organized, competent, genuinely friendly staff, and the attention to the safety of snorkelers and divers is very welcome. The sites on the Outer Reef were great for viewing and understanding the reef theme. The brief explanations were also excellent. It's a shame that my morning coffee ran out before I could get it. A bit more flexibility would have been good.
