It worked fine overall, but sometimes there were problems with the internet, and we never figured out what the problem was. :))

I had been using an eSIM card from another company, but it was difficult to find the best plan, as I had to choose a 7-day plan even if I was only staying for 4 days. However, with Trip.com, I was able to choose a plan by the day and the amount of data I would need, and it was the cheapest and the connection was fast. I plan to continue using it whenever I need an eSIM card overseas.

I used this in KL, Bangkok and Shanghai. Overall the signal was ok. Sometimes we do get a drop out but it’s not often. We managed to use all social media platforms with this eSIM at Shanghai. Only thing is if you want to hail a ride you’ll need a number for it in china.

Talk2all's Malaysian eSIM doesn't occupy a SIM card slot, allowing single-SIM users to easily choose between keeping their local number or using overseas networks. During my time in Malaysia, I could seamlessly access the internet using the eSIM and receive SMS verification codes from Malaysian banks, allowing me to seamlessly coordinate my business and travel plans. From trip planning to post-trip reflection, the convenience, stability, and flexibility of the Malaysian eSIM made it my most reliable "invisible partner" during my travels.

A truly delightful experience. It connects instantly. When you change countries, you just restart. Simple and definitely inexpensive. The local network is top-notch.

I ordered two eSIM cards. One for me and one for my wife. For some reason, the connection didn't work in China, which was disappointing at first. Then it turned out I needed to enable roaming in the SIM card settings (iPhone 17). And I got a connection in the Philippines. The reception is pretty good, you can even make video calls.
