Raju was a fantastic guide for my first big hike which I chose to do up the Mardi himal trail from Pokhara. He set a perfect pace and was extremely knowledgeable - being able to answer any questions I had about the trail, the mountains, animals, plants and life in Nepal. Along the way we saw jaw-dropping views of Rhododendron forests, Annapurna and Fishtail. The stays in tea houses a long the way were very comfortable with great food, and Raju even very kindly made me a fruit platter after every meal! I would highly recommend Raju for your trek in Nepal!★

I had a really good experience during the 1-day Damphus trekking. The guide, Yan, was very kind and explained me many things about the environment. The day was a bit cloudy so we couldn't see the mountains well, but still was a very good experience and would recommend it 😊. We also had lunch in a place with nice views and the food was delicious.★

The tour specifically focused on Tibetan education and culture—not just sightseeing. I had a wonderful afternoon chatting with a young monk, exploring monasteries and visited a Tibetan family for tea.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had in ANY country I’ve traveled to. It’s one thing to be shepherded to various sites to take pictures, it’s another to get an intimate view of the community that lives there.
I was quite worried about the 8 hour length of the event as I was quite sleep deprived and am rather introverted. I was captivated for the entire tour and Gyatsu was tremendously knowledgeable.
He tells things the way they are and is happy to tell you where to find out more if he doesn’t know the answer to your question. A truly enriching experience that I cannot recommend enough!
