We really enjoyed Monkeyland. The one-hour guided tour was very informative, and we learned a lot about monkeys and saw many of them. We didn't enjoy Birds of Eden as much. We didn't see many birds (except for the pigeons).★

The guide was very knowledgable and gave us so much info. He genuinely cares for animals he looks after. They have all been rescued from various places and they cannot be returned to the Wild as they would be unable to look after themselves★

The money goes to a preschool, which we also visited. The children and people in the township are friendly. The insights gained were profound. Our guide, Hazel, was friendly and deeply rooted in the township. We learned a lot (including thought-provoking ideas). We were accompanied by a pregnant woman and a child. The tour was completely safe at all times; there was never any doubt about that. We highly recommend this tour.★
