Alex was a very dedicated tour guide; he did everything he was supposed to do. The experience was great! I even bought some black vinegar paste from the old man's general store in Xi'anna – it tasted like time! Fantastic! 👍🏻★

Beatrice was an amazing guide and took us to some excellent places to try local dishes with loads of information about each. Pici, Cecina and the initial platter being personal highlights. I highly recommend this tour with Beatrice on your first/second day so you have time to go back to the stops and eat more in the following days. Thank you for indulging me and the unexpected music shop stop too 😉
