Our tour guide Chen? and the driver were both really nice! 　　　　　　They took photos at key points, and they were great at explaining and keeping things exciting! They also took snapshots, which was very satisfying☺️They gave us plenty of water and other things, so we felt at ease^_^We got separated from the group along the way, but we were so grateful that they came to help us🙏We also stopped at souvenir shops and Route 66! It was a really fun tour, and I'm glad we did!

It's kind of difficult to identify the right bus at the pickup, no name posted there, you need to ask every tour guide there to find out, anything else do go smoothly, great trip.

Everything was good. Mark showed up on time, which we greatly appreciated. He was very considerate with everyone. He had water and umbrellas for us. He was informative and helpful. Most of all we liked him because he seemed to enjoy his job and being there with us despite his 14-hour shift.
