Great crew taking care of you on this activity. The van was comfortable and clean. The driver was prompt, friendly and informative. Our balloon captain was fun, knowledgeable, safe and welcoming. The balloon ride itself was quiet and calm. The views are quite pretty at sunrise, but there is a possibility that you’ll fly over more populated areas rather than open desert. I’m sure each ride is unique based on the wind. The breakfast upon landing was tasty and the champagne was cold! It was a great experience.

My granddaughter and I celebrated her 28th birthday at MIM. My second time --to be so very impressed with the displays including the electronics -- she is a musician and was super pleased to see so many exhibits that interested her. The cafe staff were also excellent. Thanks so much to staff and supporters for an excellent morning.

It was fun! Staff were helpful. We happened to go on a day that was 120 degrees! The staff helped us switch to side by side instead of atv's without an issue. 100% would recommend this again. Dylan our guide was so great!!

Almar our guide was so kind and thoughtful. He answered all our questions and gave us great insight and information on what we were seeing. The Dolly boat ride was beautiful. We saw eagles, sheep and rams in the mountains as we took a beautiful ride around the lake. Do your self a favor and book this amazing tour.

Mark H. was an excellent tour guide. He is very professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about ensuring the travelers had the best experience possible by adhering to the schedule. He was very knowledgeable regarding the sights, history, etc. He did an excellent job explaining various terrains, plants!trees, history, etc. The vans are very clean and comfortable, also designed with very large windows, allowing for perfect scenic views. I took the Grand Canyon/Sedona tour from Phoenix. This was a great way to explore and relax as opposed to the cost of renting a vehicle and attempting to navigate an unfamiliar area as a solo traveler. It was nice to view the scenery along the way, while learning about it, as opposed to driving and keeping my eyes on the road. This trip was well worth the money. Detours was very informative and answered questions prior to my pick up date, and even called (a real local person) the evening prior to confirm my pick up location and inquire about any questions.


