We used this transfer service as a couple for our trip (airport ↔ hotel with ferry included) and were satisfied with the experience. The organization is top-notch. A day before departure, they sent us instructions on how to find them at the airport. Then they led us by the hand the entire way. The entire minibus was waiting for us (they take a very long time to change money at the airport). I will use them again.

Its convenient but i just had an issue during redemption, they said they cant find my bookin so i had to go talk to customer rep and waited an hr to be fixed. Southwest has 16 hoho bus and you need to wait roughly 5-10mins for it to arrive but it prefer this type because its airconditioned and its more cheaper if you want to explore boracay island than riding etrike
