This was my first time using their service, and I was amazed by how excellent it was. The train ran on time, the in-car entertainment was fantastic, and the staff (including the chairman) were incredibly polite – I was truly impressed. I'm so happy to know that such great service exists in Vietnam. Both Japanese and foreign passengers can enjoy Mui Ne with complete peace of mind. I would definitely like to use their service again.

The massage option was a lifesaver for my back. Overall, the booking process was very convenient. The operator is quick to follow up via messenger (reminders, clarifications, and quick responses to questions). The comfortable minivan, with wide, reclining seats that don't disturb others, is fantastic! The ride was smooth, there was a stop along the way, the driver was polite, and there was water. They confirmed everything quickly. But they took a long time to contact me to confirm the reservation. I thought I wouldn't be able to leave. But everything went great. I recommend it. It wasn't expensive. And the car was good, new.
