The ship was amazing and the customer service was great. The ticket I purchased stated the English version. There is no English version of the trip presentation only German. That needs to be changed on the website.

Peter was a very funny, interesting, knowledgeable & safe tour guide! Peter gave the perfect level of historical info without being boring and was entertaining! The tourist bus has a comfortable environment, toilets, and is on time. The tour guide carefully explained that the tickets include ferry tickets to visit the lake, and there is about 2.5-3 hour free time. If you choose to play in the salt mine, the time will be relatively compact, so it is suitable for tourists who come to see the scenery and live.
