Everything went great! The ticket office at the pier costs 19 euros. Admission is via QR code, very easy. Boarding on the boat is free, so you can get in wherever you want. On the upper deck, all the seats are like benches—you sit facing the shore, meaning sideways to the direction of travel. The lower deck is very comfortable, with seats facing each other and clean windows that open. There's a toilet in the hold. They don't sell food; you have to buy water in advance. We recommend it.★

This is the most memorable adventure. The lines for the ferry are long, and they move quickly. So don't be afraid of long lines! The views of the city are magnificent.★
