This cruise ship offers a view of the Statue of Liberty from about 1km ahead. Winter can be windy and cold, but the months of March through October are a more suitable time to admire the Statue of Liberty. I'm very satisfied with the opportunity to take photos while viewing the Statue of Liberty.

Very efficient onboarding experience, brilliant guide. We got a brilliant snapshot of Manhattan and more for our first day in NYC, we got closeup to Statue of Liberty, Brooklyn Bridge, saw all the main skyscrapers of Manhattan

The boat was larger than I expected, with a spacious deck and guided tours of the sights. There was also a snack bar where you could buy food and drinks. It passed several bridges and, on the return trip, slowed down near the Statue of Liberty for photo opportunities. It was a comfortable ride, and I didn't get seasick. By the way, they require you to arrive 45 minutes to an hour in advance, but that's not necessary; many people arrive 15 to 30 minutes early.
