Reviews: From Panajachel: Lake Atitlan & Maya Villages Tour By Boat

The lake view was absolutely breathtaking. Both towns were beautiful, full of colors and history. Main downside was that the guide was not as energetic/engaging as we expected. When getting a local tour guide we expect them to be engaging and fun, to make it interactive and interesting. Another thing was that we thought was pick up was done in a van/taxi, but the guide picked us up on foot and we had to walk to the port from there (there were some people with limited mobility, so this wasn’t ideal). Other than that, we really enjoyed the towns, the food and the boat rides.
