This is the best tour I’ve ever been on! Eddie, our tour guide was super knowledgeable and helpful.
I had a hard time climbing some of the rocks but he held my hand and encouraged me, helping me get up there.
There was also a lady in our group that was petrified of bees, and Eddie made sure she was safe and taken care of the whole entire time.
I learned so much in this tour, not only about Joshua Trees but also the history at Yucca Valley and the surrounding areas.
The tour was fun and informative and I didn’t want it to end!
I highly recommend Adventure Hummer Tours (and Eddie especially!) and cannot wait to go back again!! If you’re ever in Joshua Tree, this tour is a must!!★

I really liked the idea of the self-timed audio tour of Joshua Tree. We enjoyed the key topics presented and being able to spend 3-4 hours getting an overview of the park. We were able to note which areas we wanted to explore further on our next trip. The technology, however, was a bit bumpy at times, stalling when we lost a signal on the phone. ★

Jeff was our guide and he was so knowledgeable and accommodating. It was just our family and he customized it to what we wanted/needed. The banter in the truck was a lot of fun and we learned so much. Jeff was also great about taking us to the best photo spots and taking family photos for us. Overall a really fun experience. We can't say enough about the park, it was other worldly! Our guide, Captain Ron, was so knowledgeable and friendly. He took us to a variety of interesting places within the park, and even an extra stop or two since we weren't in a rush to get back for dinner. We did a couple of walking loops, as well as climbed up a big rock off the trail for some amazing views. We also went down to see the Cholla cactus garden. He educated us on the geology and history of the area from the minute we got in for the ride from Palm Desert, until the minute we arrived back. There were plenty of snacks and water available, as well as restroom stops. We all 3 agreed that the experience FAR exceeded our expectations.★
