I wish I could remember the name of our driver, he was absolutely fabulous and really made this tour special for my family. Not only did he know all the best spots to get views from, he also was kind and funny. I'm a little unstable and a natural born clutz. He sensed my nervousness at walking around the crater and he accompanied me all around. Some of the views and locations really look like they come from another world. Getting the opportunity to see these up close and personal with no time constraint was completely worthwhile. Highly recommend this tour to anyone who likes to take their time and really enjoy the scenery.

Visited as part of a tour group with a local guide . A brilliant trip , lots to see & learn about . We had an audio set , so our guide walked & talked , keeping us in the shade as much as possible. She was interesting, informative, easy to understand & good to listen to The site has had some restoration but it has been well done . A good time & well worth the visit .

Trip was comfortable and smooth, dock was easy to find. However, the women’s restroom was out of toilet paper even at the start of the ride (luckily I had my own tissue), and there are supposedly snacks but I wasn’t offered any nor did I see any on display. Wi-Fi would be a welcome addition.


