It works very well in Pakse, at least 4G for sure, but in mountainous areas mobile internet disappears in places, but not critically.

I couldn't connect the first time. My advice: after connecting, I recommend rebooting my phone. The connection is good, but there are some issues. I think it's a coverage issue in the country, not the carrier.
