It was pretty good. The viewpoints were impressive, got to ride the boat through the Hole in the Rock, and we saw some dolphins. Enjoyable day. Minor issues: 1) absence of any snorkeling/swimming spot on the tour 2) it wasn't really 4.5 hours. If it was even above 4 hours this is only because they're also including the pick up of other participants in Russell. If you start in Russell the tour is more like 3.75 hours. I deducted one star because they need to be more transparent/accurate on their tour marketing. It would also have been nice to be slightly less rushed but generally the timings were OK

It was an enchanting experience being able to go through the hole in the rock.I appreciate them calling my phone to reschedule the trip since the original date i booked for was not gonna be a perfect weather to go on the trip. I can already say they look out for me and my family's best experience! Thank you everyone for keeping us all safe!

Everything! Fantastic experience, teenage boys and I had a brillant time. Great variety of activities, lovely friendly staff, gorgeous lunch, time flew in. Fab fab fab!!

Was an awesome tour kid friendly, stayed at Otehei Bay longer as was so beautiful. Kids swam all day and the water was soo nice!!


